Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Travel Content Presenter & Educational Content Presenter to be the face of our travel & educational YouTube channel and increase viewership of the channels. As the presenter, you will engage audiences by exploring destinations, narrating captivating stories, and showcasing the culture, food, and experiences of each location and also to deliver high quality educational content in an engaging and interactive manner. You will be responsible for delivering scripted and unscripted content in an authentic and engaging manner, connecting with our audience, and contributing to the growth of our channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Camera Presentation:
o Host and present travel vlogs, destination guides, and educational episodes and add voiceovers in an engaging and professional manner.
o Maintain a consistent tone and energy to resonate with our target audience. Perform on camera roles for both outdoor video shoots and in house video content, in an engaging and authentic manner.
2. Audience Engagement:
o Build a connection with viewers through relatable and enthusiastic delivery.
o Encourage interactions via comments, likes, and shares.
3. Coordination with Production Team:
o Work closely with the team during pre-production, shooting, and post - production.
o Follow shooting schedules and adapt to dynamic environments while on location.
4. Adaptability in Varied Environments:
o Handle spontaneous situations and engage with locals for authentic storytelling.
o Present in diverse scenarios, including urban, rural, and offbeat destinations.
5. Brand Representation:
o Uphold the channel's brand identity and values in all interactions and content delivery.
o Act as an ambassador for the channel at events or promotional activities.
Key Requirements:
• Qualification: Graduates (Master Degree Need Not Apply)
• Age: Up to 35 Years
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English & Khasi
• Skill: Must have Presentation Skills.
• Travel: Should be willing to travel to tourist & non tourist destinations of Meghalaya.
• Working Days: 14 days per month. 6 Days Outdoor Video Shoots & 8 Days Indoor Video Shoots.
• On-Camera Presence: Charismatic, relatable, and confident with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Storytelling Ability: Strong narrative skills to bring destinations and experiences to life for the audience.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with dynamic schedules, impromptu shoots, and diverse cultural settings.
• Passion for Travel: A genuine love for exploring new destinations, cultures, and cuisines.
• Research and Preparation: Ability to understand the history, culture, and significance of locations for accurate and engaging presentation.
• Social media: Familiarity with YouTube and social media trends to connect with online audiences.
Preferred Candidate:
• Confidence on camera, good communication skill, enthusiasm and energy.
• Eagerness to continous learning, time management, positive attitude & adaptability
• Ability to engage and grow a digital audience, especially on YouTube.
Remuneration:
• ₹ 8,000/- to 10,000 per month. (For initial 6 months).
₹ 12,000 to 15,000/- per month (After 6 months & based on satisfactory performance)
• Travel expenses covered by the channel.
• Additional incentives for exceeding performance metrics (views, engagement rates).
